Copper Powder

METALLOYS Metalloys copper powders are manufactured by Electrolysis Process using virgin copper plates which ensures high priority. Characterised as having very good Compressibility coupled with low Hydrogen loss content, these powders make it possible to produce P/M components with close tolerances. The Spongy structure of th powder particles, nevertheless, provide for a very high green strength, in fine grades, make it highly compatible to produce away better quality Frictional Materials, Current Collecting Brushes. Etc. Coarse grade powders are ideally suitable for sintered bronze bearings where porosity Is one of the essential requirements. Medium grade powders suited for structural shapes requiring high density and good mechanical strength.
